it's ok, the SFO fog looks pretty good for a PC only setting.
EDIT: which game to finish now - dishonored 2 or dead rising 4? -
saturnotaku Notebook Nobel Laureate
Is Dead Rising 4 only available through the Windows 10 store?
Right now, I'm working through Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls for the Vita. It's a nice supplement to the franchise, but good Lord, there are enough cut scenes to rival a Metal Gear Solid game. -

Dishonored 2, I heard Dead Rising was a disappointment, although I have yet to play. How did it stack up again the previous games? -
Yes, until March 2017 when the timed exclusivity ends.

killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.
Been on a purge of various id shooters (plus one by Machinegames) - various DOOM games (except for DOOM 3, yuk!), Return To Castle Wolfenstein and Wolfenstein The Old Blood. Thinking about maybe replaying RAGE and Wolfenstein The New Order at some point later.
This cracks me up:

Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1, little of Anno 2205, started Portal 2 and looking to start Kerbal Space Program. Entirely too many games for my 10 or so hours a week of playing. Oh, not to mention few Oculus Rift games, mostly Eve Valkyrie and the mountain goat game. Damn game is addicting and cool as heck.

Bought The Turing Test during the most recent Steam sale and am trying that out. The Portal inspiration couldn't be more obvious if it tried, but so far I'm really liking it. It's Unreal Engine 4 and runs well in DX12 on my GTX 1070 at 1440p and max settings. The difficulty curve thus far has been pretty gentle through the first two chapters, which I appreciate. Will have to see how it goes from there.

Playing overwatch and practice using Sombra. After that, I use her in some competitive matches just to read those "pls no sombra" comments, then prove them that Sombra is useful. They will regret that buff on her! Muahahhahaha...

Picked up TitanFall 2. The Campaign was really good.

Oh Titanfall 2. So I had an issue with my install which caused it to crash to desktop every time I died in campaign. I did not feel like downloading 42 gigs again so I played through the whole campaign that way. Up until the last mission. The game crashed at the start of the last mission every time tried to load it. After repairing it and then speaking with support, I was advised I had to reinstall it anyway. So I had to uninstall it the other day and have not yet reinstalled. Really enjoyed the campaign. probably my favorite FPS in a few years.

No, it works pretty solidly. -
trying GTAV again with the 1070 notebook. it seems to run a decent 60fps with most settings maxed out which is good.

Plan to mod it or just play through? Some of the mods I've seen for that game are out of control

Far Cry 4. It is visually stunning, but every 10 damn seconds something is attacking me, even after liberated the outposts and towers. It is FC 3 on steroids!

I want to love this game so bad. For some reason I just can't. I have installed, tried and then uninstalled it twice already. Do or say something to change my mind please. Or not, I have so many freakin games still to play I will never get to it. But man, I really want to like this game. -
or you could just sit at the dining table for a good 10 mins and finish the game quickly.MiSJAH likes this.

Ditto. I did finish about 2/3 of the story, but later just dropped it. I loved FC3 and adored FC3 BD, but FC4 was too much for me. Those damn eagles didn't help either...
Spoilers lol

It's not really a spoiler since it has been documented.

Tried Obduction for a change of pace last night. Not what I was hoping for. Didn't like the look, the feel. So after a half hour I gave up. Probably too soon I know but whatever.
Checked out Transport Empire, then figured if I wanted to play a game like that I would go back to Anno 2205 which I enjoy so I stopped.
Excitedly loaded up Kerbal Space Program. Got completely overwhelmed with the keyboard controls since my 18 sits on a desk and I sit reclined in a chair. Learning curve made me cry like a girl so I shut that off too. I Would love to get into it but looks like a lot to learn at the moment and I have some life things going on. Maybe just not the right time for it. Wouldn't mind being pointed in the direction of some good clift notes tho.
anyway, looks like it's back to BF1, reinstalling and finishing Titanfall 2 and throwing something else in there for a change of pace. They call this ADD by the way. -
Finished that IW bah what a damned game it was boring and meh, Advanced Warfare was better than it...Aaand back to Crysis 3 such a legendary IP.
DOOM last level is still pending...
will finish it soon now.
Later will start Metro Redux. -

c'mon man, don't be a quitter! KSP is fun and exiting game. Just do the tutorial and you will be shiny! -
Playing Mafia 3 right now got around 10 hours in. Despite all the bad things I've been hearing about it really is a nice game, so I'm not sure what's not to like about it. Loving every part of it!
-
Mafia 3 had too many bugs like glitched side missions that warranted me to stop playing.
-
I'm gonna reinstall GTA V, along with all the new high texture mods and crank everything up to SUPER-ULTRA!. I want to see the game on my 49" 4K screen and my dual Titans XPs. Ill be playing this until the new Mass Effect game comes out.

YES! KSP is awesome. There is a learning curve but once down the possibilities are endless. You can play that game for months -

I will eventually give KSP another go. I really want to play it. I was just hoping controls would be more mouse reliant. Like a RTS or even Anno. Use a mouse and click icons. Didn't appear that was the case.

Yes, it is more key based, although it has a lot of options for button mapping if you wanted to have hotkeys or adapt a controller. -
killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.
New Hitman game.
Seriously SE, come up with an original name for a game, even if it's a reboot. Oh wait, Shadow of the Tomb Raider... Nevermind SE, go home, you suck at this...
As for the game, so far only completed the training, but it was so good. At least training missions were. Not a fan of always online DRM, tho...
Still, Hitman is finally back on track, after somewhat disappointing Absolution. This is the game we deserve! Now if IO Interactive would bring back Jesper Kyd to write soundtrack that would be great! -
Is it really that good though? I hear it's very linear and enemies are too in tune to you. And levels can take a long time to finish with issues with saves.
-
killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.
Linear was Absolution. This one just drops you into a game area and you are on your own. Love it!
Unfortunately disguises still work like they did in Absolution, which I dislike. I mean they should have found a middle ground. I get that bodyguards of some VIP would know each one in face, so it makes sense, but like 40 or so waiters at a party, don't think so. Maybe they should have made it a bit more random, who knows whom, and who doesn't. However, because map sizes are bigger this time, this problem doesn't seem that bad compared to Absolution.
I do a lot of scum saving/loading, so no issues with saves, although I think it was an issue back when it was just released. SE potato servers couldn't probably handles all the players who tried to play. You see this - this is why always online DRM is bad. I wish they would remove it. -

I must say I spoke too soon. Disguises do work much better this time. There are people who can pretty much blow any cover, i.e. hotel manager knows the staff, but most of the time it's kinda random. Some people wearing the same clothes can spot you, others don't. Well done IOI, you improved this aspect of the game since the last one!
Anyway, spent most of the weekend playing Hitman (and drums lol) and I'm already in 5th mission... Good thing there's gonna be a second season of the game, and maybe even third. Hooray!
Seriously, this game is so good (provided you like this type of games). Having so much fun with it!
Screw you and your vegan cake!

Finally after a long break, I did finish off the DOOM my saved file got corrupt and had to go through a lot of issues to make it work.
@Plur , About the game, Well It was as I thought atleast somewhat accurate...
If you have read all the Codex & the Slayers Testaments, You would have gotten a better picture of the story.- The sentinels and their race a.k.a wraith souls and he puts them to rest in the last mission plus in the credits you can see DOOM guy posing for a family shot LOL actually they got betrayed and the Argent D'Nur gets sucked into Hell, But this guy got pissed so badly and started kicking the asses, It's so complex haha & there's so much on the net too :3
Basically.
It's actually a vicious cycle, This repeats and this one is the fourth age this time we have 2 entities one is our DOOM marine and other is a hooded guy who guides the marine Samuel Hayden. After all only DOOM guy and Samuel Hayden were the only ones who were capable of travelling across the Hell and normal world this was in the codex. So this game maybe could be a Reboot or not at the same time due to the timeline And multi dimensional nature of the DOOM guy's history & timeline of the Argent harvest correlating with all the DOOM 1/2/Final/64 and DOOM 2016. There's so much more to the IP. Although Missed the Titan, nowhere the Titan in this game, and the occurrence of the 4th age dark lord is still the spidermastermind ( Edit - Aranea Imperatrix again mentioned in the codex of her entry, absorbed olivia's mind) or they didn't disclose it, If it was another gigantic boss it would have been abysmal.
Nonetheless, DOOM 2016 - A totally sick and entertaining game and hot to the core until the end. This game, I enjoyed it to fullest 100%
