I was trying to play it the other day on Vista, but it didn't run as well as it used too in DOS. It was good enough to remind me of the old days though.

I played some Aladdin-type side scroller game on an oooold PC, I have no idea what it was. There were three colors in the game - pink, black, and white. I don't remember many details except that I had a lot of fun and I didn't get too far.
Another game I played was called "Star Crusader", a space combat game. I played it on a 486 and DOS. Here it is:

Maybe someone else remembers that. I loved it. -

Something called Alpine Adventure on my dad's Apple IIC. Then we got a Mac Plus and I played Shadowgate. There were a couple of other games I had that were put out by the same people who did Shadowgate, called Uninvited and Deja Vu, but Shadowgate was the best.

Yeah, same I had, that game collection that came with the Packard Bell was awesome. I loved the 3D Dinosaur one, and I forgot all about that inside the body game where you zapped virus' and germs.
And I believe that one with the rooms was called kid space? I played with it for hours on end, clicking on random things to make things do something in the background. -
My first PC game was Starcraft. Great game...
-
I think it was Prince of Persia, on like a 386 or something.
-
First game on any type of personal computer had to be either Oregon Trail or Choplifter on the Apple IIe. First game on a PC was probably King's Quest or Space Quest. (maybe One on One: Dr. J vs. Larry Bird on the Commodore 64)
That being said...

Hmm the first game I remember playing was in my dad's work computer in Ukraine. It's like the only time I ever got to touch a computer and all I remember is that it involved multicolored balls of some sort.
What I really consider to be my 'entry' into gaming was Warcraft 2, when we moved to the U.S. and got our own PC. It was somewhere around year 2000 I think. -
