This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Well, fortunately the heatsink has a copper part on the cpu, i have seen the video guide and the operation seems to be easy.....

    Good work. Need to show this to my dad. His laptop kept shutting down on him, and he thought that some random internal battery was broken. (He always used it on his dirty sweatpants, eew). Anyway, opened it up, the cooling fan looked like this: [​IMG]

    Stuck a vacuum on it. Bam. Insta clean!
    Just goes to show why you mustn't use these on your lap.
