I recently purchased a refurbished 8460p and it came with a webcam (supposedly, it seems to be there, a little flap lifts and an led comes on, there appears to be a lens hole next to it), but it does not detect it. Is there a cable or connector I need to be sure is plugged in inside the case? It's not showing up in device manager, nor does skype detect any camera. Going to the hp website and downloading the two webcam software packages result in errors saying "setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products". I suspect there's a cable/connector I need to plug in somewhere perhaps? Does anyone know where I might find that, or how to access it to check the connection?
