    8540w won't turn on

    Hello everyone. I have an old HP 8540w that I tried to power up. Its been sitting unplugged for a while and at first it powered up fine and I could log in but then it froze and shutdown on its own. Now when I hit the power button the only thing that happens is all the quick launch lights blink about every 5 seconds. The four lights on the bottom left also blink but not all at once. They blink from the outside first and then the inside. I've tried unplugging the battery and the power cord for a day and nothing. I also tried swapping ram chips but no help. I didn't see anything in blink code listing so I hope someone can help me with this.
