    Hi i don't know why but when i buy a Laptop my fear is monitors dead pixels.

    Does any of 8560w owners have any experiece of dead pixels ... and how HP deals that ?

    Although I'm sure someone somewhere has a screen with dead pixels, I've never heard of dead pixels on the workstation elitebooks. My non DC screen is fine.

    the HP dealer told me that HP covers 7 sub pixels .. for non DC panels

    it should cover ZERO sub because it is a buissiness Elite Laptop !!!

    They should add at least a care pack !!!

    Like Accidental Damage Protection etc for Display dead pixel cover
