I have had this issue from the start. If I am on say a web page and I want to scoll down by using the touchpad as I have used on any laptop using the down arrow on the right side scroll bar this will work. I move my mouse over the down arrow or up arrow and press my finger on the touchpad and scrolling begins. If i take my finger off to stop and then touch to begin again no scrolling results unless i slightly move the cursor. I can tap my finger softly or hard and I get nothing until i slightly move the cursor. then the operation functions as it should. This happens to me on anything. Word, PDF. does not matter. It is annoying to have to slightly wiggle the mouse to get scrolling to continue after pausing. I have never had this happen to me on any other laptop. Suggestions?
