This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    8730w Network workgroup not working

    There has been nothing but problems since I bought my 8730w. Last week it suddenly was impossible to browse "workgroup" so I couldnt reach NAS and other computers...

    Now its the third time I'm installing Vista but it just dont want to work! When installing Vista, no "chose workgroup" appears.. Could it be that there is something wrong with the network card?
