    8770w - displayport video out doesn't work after GPU upgrade

    I recently upgraded to an M5000M on my 8770w. I previously had a K5000m installed and I can confirm the displayport video out worked before the upgrade.

    I'm using the Quadro New Feature driver (416.78). After replacing the inf strings and installing the card is identified and works correctly with the exception of displayport video out and the keyboard/hotkey based brightness controls. The VGA port video out does work, only the displayport seems to be the issue.

    Anyone have some experience with this problem? Is there some other change that was needed (in the inf or otherwise) prior to driver install?

    Hi i have the same issue with my hp elitebook 8770w after GPU upgrade to GTX 980m.

    I haven’t find a fix hopefully some of the lads can help??
