I am not sure if I can use this laptop all day long and leave it on at night rendering and working like
I used to do with my older Desktop!? It's a laptop for work and I need to use it as much as possible
but at the same time don't want to damage a 2500$ laptop and if it's not meant to work this way I
should then find another solution rather then killing this one.

You should be able to leave the laptop running 247. Just grab RealTemp to monitor the temperatures for the first couple of days. I'd also remove the battery and prop the machine up a little to aid in airflow.

Thank you very much for your reply,
My cpu and gpu specs are: i7 2.4 quad core + Nvidia Quadro K3000M
The battery is removed and btw I have NEVER put the battery in my laptop
and the battery is new. (as I don't need it I thought keeping it new and never
using it would be best way to conserve it!)

My GPU temp in low utilization (web browsing, listening to music etc is 37 Degrees
centigrade and the CPU is around 46.
When using it at max performance my GPU goes as far a 75 degrees and cpu 66 (154 f)

With those temperatures you have nothing to worry about.
