    Hello everyone!

    (first post, please be gentle)

I am in the process of trying to purchase a 8570w model (LY555EA). Unfortunately, where I live there are no CTO models available, and I have to get a preconfigured model. This model has a 750GB HDD, so here is my quesion: when I purchase an SDD drive to replace it, can I use this hard drive in the upgrade bay of the computer - will it be compatible? I'm asking because I've seen an option on the HP site to use a 500GB hard drive in the upgrade bay, question is, is this hard drive different somehow?

    Appreciate your answers!

    Thanks!

Excellent! Thank you very much for your answer!
Yes, I assumed the 500GB comes with a caddy, if not, I will purchase one myself.

    Thanks again!
