This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi all.

    Could someone please tell me what the difference is between the 'three digit' model ProBooks and the 'four digit' ones?

    The 4540s costs around the same as the ProBook 450 G0... There are similar 14" ones as well. And their specs and appearances are identical as well. So what's the deal? I tried Google but found no explanation.
