All 6 docking USB Ports were really not recognized!

However, the system warning for "unknown device" is appeared intermittently but the power supply at each port is all there.

Most of time, the Device manager has no anything abnormal as attached hereof.

Today, when the intermittent "unknown device" warning occurred again, I did uninstall it from device manager and just found there are TWO more sub-parts "Generic USB Hub" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers". The screen capture is attached here.

Run HP On-line Diagnostic - USB diagnostic had indicated that there is one USB device not detected. My 8510w has 4 ports and docking station has 6 ports.

The screen captures are attached hereof.

I just guesss that the drivers for TWO "Generic USB Hub" had been caused such problem as they are not always available under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and I found that almost each time (not every time) when the system warning "unknown device" displayed, ONE or TWO "Generic USB Hub" will be available there.

Can anyone have the solution for solving such "Generic USB Hub" issue?
