This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Based on my reading the 15 and 17" models have eDP connectors and depending on the model of screen that connector may go to an LVDS converter before hitting the screen. Is my understanding correct? If so then in all cases where a new MXM is inserted it should be set up to output in eDP format correct?
