Hi, I was wondering if anyone had some advice on troubleshooting a 2540p with no video? The unit will power on, lights come on, HD spins up. However, the display backlight does not come on and doesn't appear to be active either. I don't get any video plugging a monitor into the VGA port. About a minute after the unit powers on, the CPU fan spins up pretty loud and stays there indefinitely. Any ideas where to start with this? I have taken the CMOS battery out to try resetting that. I have also removed the memory and hard drive to see if they were interfering at all. I haven't been able to change the symptoms by removing or resetting anything that I can think of. I was curious if there is anything else I can look at before I junk it.

    Thanks,
    Brian
