    HP 2560p graphic card problem on Win XP 64 bit (sp3)

    Gents,

    I wasn't able to install graphic card driver. Maybe I should use 32bit version of XP?

    That system shipped stock with Windows 7. Because of this, it's likely that HP does not have a driver for the system on XP. I could be wrong though.

    Does it use Intel HD Graphics or does it have some sort of dedicated GPU?

    hi, sorry for the late reply. Here is what I found out:

    1. HP website contains drivers for XP, but not all of them are compatible with Windows 64. I'm talking about chipset and graphic card. I was able to install graphic card simply using driver downloaded directly from Intel website (Intel HD Graphics 3000).

    2. If I install chipset drivers from HP website, windows crashes after restart. So, I am currently using my Windows with no chipset drivers installed.

    Questions: can it cause any troubles?
