    Hi all.

Im new posting to this forum, usually i'm more involved in software forums rather than hardware ones... this is going to be my first mod to a laptop. Please help!

I'd like to swap the screen & cpu on my 4730s (LH355EA) 17.3 900p, for a better one. I'd prefer an IPS one, or any other good panel with higher resolution.

I've tried very hard in finding information regarding this, but i got more confused... so i guess it will be much better if i ask this here, and also it will save a lot of work for the next one behind me. (if i make it)

I already found the service manual, but cant find any info regarding "quality" 17.3 panels.

I already have a CPU (i'm swapping it with the one in my 5330m), but i'll let info here about how it got done.

    Any help appreciated.
