Hey guys I came here to ask for some assistance.

So my friend owns a 6460B, and he recently spilled water on the keyboard. Some keys on the keyboard quit working, but for the most part it was fine.

So I went ahead and ordered a used replacement keyboard on eBay for $15. When the keyboard got here and I installed it, all the keys worked except the backspace button. Note the backsace button doesn't work on the old keyboard either.

I tried a USB keyboard, and there was no problems there.

So either the keyboard I bought has a non-working backspace button, or the connector on the laptop itself was damaged.

Is it possible for only one key to get damaged? Or is it most likely the keyboard?

    Thank you for your time!
