Can anybody help me. I have a HP6710b that came preloaded with Windows Vista home. What i think has happened is that it has been restored to factory settings and now when i go to start my laptop it tells me to load the installation disc which i obviously dont have. Can i start this laptop any other way?
    Cheers Teevee

I have one of these and its one of the best laptops i've ever had

what i did was install the appropriate IDA bios and install Win7 and activate via the bios.

forget vista or any HP distribution
