This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     HP 850 G1 no sound from speaker after updating windows

    After updating wiping clean and updating Windows I reinstalled all HP drivers as best I could and everything works except sounds. I have tried countless installs from HP drivers and HP audio check things but nothing is working. I can use bluetooth with other speakers and earbuds, but really want the internal speaker to work.

    Any ideas?
