As far as I know the 8530P doesn't come with a built in webcam. I was wondering if there was any way to install one that I saw for sale on eBay?

Yeah, that's the thing. There are some with the webcam and some without. The one that I am looking to buy doesn't have one so I was wondering if there was any way to install one on to the screen bezel.

You might consider getting a clip-on USB model webcam.

I'm using a Logitech C905. It is tiny, clips on the top of my laptop's bezel, and it only cost $28 on eBay. Has a great Carl Zeiss glass lens, and it works flawlessly in Windows/Skype.

This was science-fiction technology a couple of decades ago. Now, I make routine long-distance video calls, for free, on Skype! Wow.

Also, with the clip on model, it is harder to forget it is on--and maybe answer the phone in an embarrassing state of attire. ;)
