I have an HP 8710W laptop with a defective Nvidia Quadro FX3600M Graphics card (Part No 468592-01) that I want to replace. I am looking for a compatible graphics cards for the laptop I cannot find a direct replacement. Can anyone tell me what graphics card I can use to replace the 468592-01 that hopefully does not require replacement of the single pipe heat sink?

    Thanks in advance.

The only safe thing to do is to get your chip swapped in a repair shop, since your module might be proprietary and your laptop wont boot with anything else, but the GPUs it came with.
