Hi all, at first it wasn't power failure problem, it was GPU problem,
tried to fix the GPU by baking the motherboard (in the oven), but i've made a fault, i've placed the motherboard in the oven under 300° (celcius) of heat for about 20 Minutes (almost melt but didn't), took it from the oven to cool down, and then found that 2 components detached from the motherboard (1 SMD Diode, 1 SMD Capacitor) i've soldered them back to their original places,
Put back the motherboard to try it but.... it powers on with fans at full speed, while the power light (DC Jack connector light) flashes orange 11 times then (orange + blue) 1 time then shuts off, then it powers on and does the same thing and so on until i unplug the AC Adapter!!
can someone please tell me what to do or what happen exactly !!!! thanks in advance.

You've fried the board - there's no way the intel northbridge can stand 300C for 20 minutes it gets fried very easily.
