So I'll explain my issue, perhaps someone from HP on these forums can help my out.

I have a dreamcolor ips screen on my 8560w etlitebook which was having color issues issue. After two onsite service attempts, the screen was replaced twice, the system board was replaced, and the graphics card was replaced. The two replacement screens had the color cast issue. And on top off this, after the second service attempt, my trackpad and track button no longer works.

My case was escalated to Executive Customer Relations (ECR). They offered me a remanufactured unit without the dreamcolor display, which is a ~$600 upgrade. I did not agree to this solution, and ever since, I have been trying to push for a brand new replacement with a dreamcolor display since they do not have a remanufactured one in stock. At this point, ECR has placed the case with HP legal team.

Was wondering if someone could provide me with some help on this.

Here are the known case #'s I have:

    Thanks.
