    HP EliteBook 820 keyboard is wrong configured

    Hi everyone,


    I have just received a new HP EliteBook 820 laptop in my company. All the drivers are installed but the keyboard is wrongly configured. Some of the keys are located in the wrong place and the hotkeys do not work at all. I have installed the hotkeys driver from different models, but it does not fix the problem. I have also try to installed the drivers manually, but it didn't help neither.


    Is there any solution for this problem? or should I replace the computer for a different model?

    Are the labels on keys wrong or labels correct but they produce wrong letters when pressed?

    First one: replace keyboard with correct one for your language.
    Second one: change keyboard language in windows

    For the hotkeys I have no definitive answer. Maybe some portion of HP software is still missing. Re-running Softpaq Download Manager might help.
