I have the laptop in my sing and it's been getting a lot of attention from HP's tech as of late do to screen and video card issues. I am in Ottawa Canada and the tech has been very good and now my ticket / tickets has been escalated to costumer relations and was just wondering what it meant? Tech told me it was just going to be replaced but nothing else.

    Any input would be appreciated.
