    Long story short...
I just got a 820 G1, "wiped disk", nothing with it except a power cord.
This is my very first experience with a EUFI computer.
it booted to some sort of Windows 8 - 10 setup screen.
I got frustrated, I don't want Windows. I only use Linux (LMDE, a Debian spin)
I got it to boot with my USB install stick.
Using Gparted I shrank the Windows partition, created new ext4 partitions, and installed LMDE.
everything was fine, GRUB menu showed Windows and LMDE.
after a while I decided to tackle setting up Windows, but it would not startup.
no big deal, so I Deleted both Windows partitions.
Now it will not boot, no GRUB.
I can still F9 and boot with my USB then select my LMDE on the SSD.

How do I get over this hump? This BIOS is very complex and I don't want to brick it.
    Thanks, Peter
