So I replaced a system board on an HP 8460p. Left side usb ports were not working, so I re ordered a new board. The ports are integrated and should work right away. Second board comes and I get the same issue. So I do some digging, see that a lot of people had to upgrade bios. I should also note there was not an option in bios to enable my usb ports. I upgraded the BIOS on the laptop and restarted, still nothing works in those 2 spots. The one usb port on the right works with no issue. Has anyone else expereinced this issue? Anyone resolve this? I am at a loss.

I tried everything (bios, device manager, etc.) to no avail. Then I ran across this. Worked perfect.
