    Hi,

I'm about to get the HP Elitebook 8560P with the i7 processor and want to just confirm that the Elitebook 8560P can do Virtualisation i.e does it have VPro technology - I'm sure it does for such a powerful machine but just want to confirm.

Many thanks to all in advance.

I think all i7 can do Virtualization. VPro is only avaible for certain models of i7. I suggest you check the specs for that processor model.

All of the i-series can virtualise. VPro is something different.

Intel vPro - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Intel vPro technology is computer hardware technology to allow remote access to the PC"

It's a convenient way for your company's IT support to admin your computer remotely and you don't need to be present to press power button for them.

Yep, I've set the Virtualization from BIOS so all is well.

    Thanks
