I have a company provided HP Elitebook 8560p laptop running on Windows 7. While I am working from my docking station in the office, I have no issues, but if I am working on the laptop itself, or hooked up to my KVM switch at home, the cursor, or focus, will change while working. For example, I am typing an IM message and while I am typing the focus moves from the text box to the menu bar (and if you hit the right key you are now opening up menu items). Has anyone else experienced this issue and does anyone have any thoughts on a potential solution? It gets really annoying after dealing with this for 12 hours in a row. Thanks.

Maybe try adjusting the sensitivity of the trackpad
