I'm confused, on this page it mentions a 39,6 cm (15.6") diagonal LED-backlit HD+ WVA anti-glare, which I believe would be a 1600x900 screen, but this screen is not mentioned anywhere else in the PDF files.

So, can we expect a good 1600x900 screen on the new 4530s?

Seems like the 1600x900 is starting to appear - here's HP Korea:

    HP ??? 4530s ??? PC ?????

The screen is not available in Europe yet though...

    Hello,

Does anyone have more informations about 1600x900 for this 4530s (for me, in France) ? Would it be the same quality (Radiance) that in the older Envy 14 ?

    Thank you.

    David.

    Hi dbercot,

I'm from France too. There's 2 days ago, on HP website, there was some informations about a HD+ option. today, it seems to be gone.

Do you find any informations about it?

I really want to buy a probook, but not in 1366x768. Never.

    Hello,

Here, it seems to be a 1600x900 display screen :

But I can't see it anywhere...

I've called HP twice, each time they said they will get back to me soon... They don't seem to have this information at the moment. I will get back to you if i have any other information.

Strange, the 4530s is not available with the 1600x900 screen anywhere in Europe.

Hey guys :) I have a 4530s and I noticed that all of a sudden when I use fn+f8/f9 for volume level it does not show up on the bottom of the screen like it used to.
Do you know how to fix this? Thanks a lot!

Anyway, did you try reinstalling "HP Software Framework"?
