There is a 2GB DDR3 RAM in one slot of my laptop. I want to install another 2GB RAM in the free slot. I found the following info using PC Wizard -

    Manufacturer: Samsung
    Part Number: M471B5673FH0-CH9
    Type: DDR3-SDRAM PC3-10700 (667MHz) - [DDR3-1333]
    Format: SO-DIMM (67.6 x 15)
    Size: 2048MB (2 ranks, 8 banks)

I know this is a 2GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM. 2GB Laptop is available in our local market. But I'm afraid to find a SAMSUNG RAM here. What mandatory parameters need to be checked?

The only mandatory spec that needs to be the same is the type of DDR it is. In your case, any DDR3 notebook RAM would work. Preferably get a stick with matching frequency (1333mhz). Matching manufacturers is not necessary at all.
