    Hi,
    I have a HP probook laptop and the 8 I K and , keys do not work i have cleaned the connector that connects the keyboard to the motherboard and still no luck... What is the best thing to do?

    Thanks for the reply... Yes i mean that it does not respond to key press... It is no longer under warranty... how do i clean under the key?

    This sounds like the scanning circuitry has gone bad. If true it means you'll need to replace the keyboard.
