I was wondering what other's are getting for battery life from their ZBook Create G7's? I purchased one a few months ago and right out of the box I could only get about 90 minutes of life out of the battery doing very light work (word processing, browsing the Internet, etc). Even booting to the BIOS screen so there was no Windows running would only give me 87 minutes of life on a full battery.

I returned the notebook and HP replaced the battery and system board. It is better but I still get less that 3 hours on a charge with it doing absolutely nothing, just sitting at the desktop with Task Manager showing < 2% CPU utilization.

HP claims "up to 14 hours" of battery life which I know is unrealistic but independent testers (PCMag, Laptop mag, Gozmodo, etc) all put the battery life between 5 and 9 hours with the laptop doing a lot more that work that just sitting on the desktop.

I was wondering what other's experience is with the battery life on this model.
