I have had this trouble with other PCs as well, but I thought a pre-built one like this would solve it.

How do you get a screen resolution that actually makes circles circles? At the highest resolution, everything is vertical ovals. There are only 3 resolutions available. The others are too low, or make circles too wide.

I found a thing that lest you set a custom resolution, with all sorts of dire warnings about generally stuffing up the system, and then refusing to let you set anything except "what is supported anyway :(

    Any help appreciated

    Nick

Excuse me for going off topic, but I wanted to ask you whether you could post some feedback about how well is the build quality of this laptop, does its screen flexes, palmerest? How good is keyboard? How loud is its fan, how hot does it run?
    Sorry :)

What are those resolution choises. I'd guess they are 1366x768, 1600x900 and 1920x1080 since by the specs it appears to be 16:9 display?

What is the native resolution of your display? One of those above?
