I am very frustrated with my HP6710b and firefox 5.

If I view a youtube video, firefox crashes - becomes unresponsive, and has to be closed via the task manager.

Firefox also crashes with pdf's occasionally, and with many websites if they have flash on them.

I have the same plugins etc on another brand laptop (ASUS) and have had NO problems, so its not an issue with the plugins per sae.

I have seen this sort of issue reported a number of times around the web, but have so far not been able to get it sorted.

Is there anyone who has a solution... would be real appreciated.

I need firefox, as it has all the development/seo tools that I need. But I have lots of wasted time due to having to restart firefox so frequently.

On firefox threads, they say that adobe or hp should fix it, on hp threads they say ff should fix it... hp and ff should between them get a fix, or certainly hp put out a driver bug fix.
