    Hi folks,

I wanna buy some laptop repair tools, and I want price/quality.
Anyone know of a brand to look at or something?

    What I need:

    -Small, Phillips-head (P000, P0 and P1) screwdrivers
    -Small, flat-bladed screwdriver
    -Flat-bladed alignment tool
    -Tweezers
-Miniature grabber tool or magnetic probe (needed if screwdrivers are not magnetized)
-Smooth jaw, bent-tipped needlenose pliers (optional)
    -Small, smooth-tipped needlenose pliers (optional)

    Thanks in advance.

    -Veriac

    What I use:

All screwdrivers: Kobalt. I also have a Radio Shack set whose handles aren't nearly as nice, but since there's more sizes in that set, I go to it if I can't find what I want in my Kobalt set.
Tweezers: a slightly rusty pair of "trim" tweezers (LOL)
Flat-bladed alignment tool: I don't what that is, let alone use one.
Pliers: Don't know of any particular brands.
Magnetic tool: I don't know the brand, but I have a telescoping magnet that works super well. It looks something like this:

    - Leatherman multitool with bitset (for the bigger torx screws and pliers), e.g. Wave or Charge TTi
    - dedicated Torx & Philips head screwdrivers from Wera, Gebra, Gedore, Wiha (all Made in Germany).
    - Tweezers from a Chinese brand via eBay (if you live in Europe), 2-3 EUR (I do a lot of stuff with these tweezers and they are the best investment ever) ( like these)
