I've got an old Compaq 6910p that needs a set of HP's XP recovery disks (X64, if possible). The machine has an XP Pro COA & key, so this is all above-board. :D

Happy to reimburse for costs via pay-pal.

    Thanks.

Have you asked HP support yet?

Some time ago, HP announced they were no longer providing recovery disks for systems with XP.

Also, the HP support number I used to call about disks went dead on September 13. A recording suggests I should be calling my "regional sales and support representative," and I'm not exactly sure who that is.

Ideas, anybody, short of buying an expensive copy of something I already own the license for?
