I have Probook 5310m with Win 7 professional. When my laptop runs on battery the Cable/DSL Adapter disables automatically. The WIFI connection however works fine on battery.
As soon as I connect back to AC power the adepter enables itself again.
In device manager - Network adapters, as soon as I go on battery the Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet Controller disappears. I removed the check "Allow the computer to turn off device to save power" but it dose not fix the problem. I also updated the driver.
Please help I don't know how to fix this.
