    For anyone with a 4520s:

As far as I can tell, the Probook 4520s lacks the seperate media controls above the function keys that the 6550b and the Elitebooks have. Also as far as I can tell, media keys like volume up, down, mute, etc. are integrated into the f1-f12 keys, and require pressing the fn key simultaneously. With the Pavillions and Envys, this can be reversed with a bios configuration.

Does anyone know if there is any way to increase/decrease volume, mute, etc. on the 4520s by using only one key? (I know it can also be done with the volume icon and mouse on the taskbar) Probably sounds picky, but I change volume frequently, and can't stand to use two hands!

    Thank you.
