    Hello,

I have the 4530s with the 2.0ghz i7. I upgraded my ram to 12gb and added replaced the drive with a 256 SSD. I was hoping it would speed this machine up but it has not. The machine seems to be VERY slow, which is odd considering the specs. Is it possible something is wrong with it?

    Windows 7 64 is installed.

Also, my fan runs constantly. I turned off the option in the bios for the fan to be on while plugged in. Im running the latest bios as well.

    Thanks!
