    Hello All,

I purchased a D9Y32AA 2013 Ultraslim Dock for my wife's Probook 640 G2 and when I try to connect an external display to the dock the screen does not display anything. I can see that the computer is recognizing the monitor and even shows the correct resolution, but the screen mostly stays black. It will sometimes display some flickering and coloured lines across the screen, but with then switch off to no signal. I have tried 3 different screens using a DP to HDMI cable and all have the same issue. The cable works fine if I connect it directly to the laptop.

The cable I am using is this one

So far I have tried a LG 29UM58-P, Dell S2716DG and a Samsung 720P TV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
