I am thinking to buy this laptop HP ProBook 4540s H5J78EA which has AMD video card with 2GB dedicated memory. I want to ask what is the better choice generally for a video card: external video card with dedicated memory or integrated video card? I will not use the laptop for gaming, by the way.

If someone has experience with this laptop can you tell me if the processor and video card are heating up too much? And what is the live endurance of the battery?

Also, can i change the original hard disk, which is 5400RPM, with another one with 7200RPM?
