So I was reading the thread here:
http://forum.notebookreview.com/hp-compaq/440272-hp-2530p-6-cell-vs-9-cell-battery.html#post5590259
How does one source/repack existing batteries? I have an HP 2530p, does that mean if I get this battery:
Amazon.com: Bavvo Laptop Battery 6-cell for Toshiba Mini NB200 NB201 NB205, Toshiba Dynabook UX Series: Electronics
Battery pack for Toshiba NB205, would that fit into my laptop?

So I'd suggest source a 2530P/2540P 55Whr/62Whr//83Whr/93Whr battery 6//9-cell battery instead. Can be had as a low cost import from China/HK on ebay. -
