    Hi,

i recently bought the HP Upgrade Bay (500 GByte) and installed it to my 8460p, running W7 Enterprise 64bit.

I noticed that the performance of this new disc is somehow poor; it hangs
in between for 2 seconds or so, i.e. when you browse through a picture library though Outlook items of a pst stored on that drive.

Any ideas? Is there something which needs to be adjusted after installing the upgrade bay or should it be plug and play?

    Thanks
    Heinz
