    Hi to all I have a 8540p Elitebook Notebook, I but I find one "NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800M graphics" (no fan and coller) only the graphics card) it is possible upgrade the card of this Notebook? (supose convert to a 8540w).

    Or is better go to another card? regards!

    If you have a Intel HD iGPU model 8540P, then consider a DIY eGPU using the expresscard slot which will probably be cheaper and benchmark faster. See http://forum.notebookreview.com/gaming-software-graphics-cards/418851-diy-egpu-experiences.html .

    Nop I have the Nvidia NVS 5100 1GB ram But some time play games, (runs well) but I think that the NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800M graphics runs better.

    Will be better go to another board?

    I see eGPU I will read more about the posibilites looks great :-D
