My company uses elitebooks and to work from home I use an elitebook docking station -- the one that has the two prongs and works with the 8xxx series elitebooks and certain probooks. http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/14356_div/14356_div.PDF

When I'm not using the company laptop I'd like to have my own laptop to put in the docking station but I would like it to also have Win8 with a touchscreen for when it isn't docked. Does any Elitebook that works with this docking station also have a touchscreen? Is any in the works?

The only elitebook touchscreen I can find is the 2740p which doesn't appear to use this docking station, and instead uses the ultraslim expansion base. http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/newsroom/press_kits/2010/mobility2010/HPEliteBook2740pDatasheet.pdf

I think at least the ZBook 14 will have a touchscreen option (Zbook is the successor to the workstation Elitebooks)

zbook 14 doesn't use the traditional elitebook docking stations.

    "Expansion Solutions for Zbook 14:
    HP Adjustable Dual Monitor Stand

HP Ultraslim Docking Station" from http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA4-8355ENW

Zbook 15/17 use the the traditional elitebook docking stations, but don't offer touchscreens

and I think there is no anti glare touchscreen available at the moment with sizes 15" or 17" for notebooks, maybe this is the reason?
