    hi guys i have a hp elitebook but the lcd dime that every hard to see i try to use the fn f10 or f11 still not working any idea? please help thanks

    you mean it is always dim?

    Also after start in the BIOS setup e. g.?

    However, I guess best thing is to call the support, normally you have 3 years warranty.
