I have an HP envy 14 with no power or lights to it. However when you plug the power cord into it the Ethernet lights go crazy. I've troubleshot all other no power scenarios and I get absolutely no lights other then Ethernet.

    Any ideas?

Have you tried taking the CMOS battery out, battery and holding the powerbutton down for 1 minute to flush the circuits?
