Trying to find a dealer that carries this AUO B140HAN01.2 screen and been unsuccessful.
If anyone can shoot over a contact, it would be much appreciated. All the ones on Amazon are sending LG screens unfortunately.

I think a little persistence with the Amazon sellers will pay off. I received the wrong screens a couple of times before I got what I wanted.

    Sent via my mobile device

    Hello!

I have a Lenovto T450s with a HD+ TN screen. I want to upgrade to FHD and IPS.

Does anyone knows if the T450s is compatible with AUO B140HAN01.2?
As i know normally T450s had AUO B140HAN01. 3 but they've discontinued it.

I've read about a post somewhere before to disable backlight fuse in BIOS before replacing? Does anyone know about it?

    Thanks guys!

Hello, I have ThinkPad T450 and I replaced HD+ screen to FHD AUO B140HAN01.2. It work fine.

ThinkPad T450 has internal battery which should be disabled in BIOS before replace screen.
I forgot to do it. And backlight fuse (F7 on matherboard) died. http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/replacing-screen-on-t450.774177/#post-10026597

Thanks a lot for your fast answer! I've read your post before.

Do you think that if it's compatible with t450 it also have to work with t450s?

I think the screen AUO B140HAN01.2 should work with the T450s, but I can not guarantee it :)

Finally i've managed to replace it. First i didn't push deep enough the adapter cable, but after it was like i charm!

I cannot compare the old TN and the new IPS panel. It's amazing.

Still have one problem: for some reason i cannot adjust the brightness. It's on maximum and from windows this feature disappeared. Any idea how to fix it?

I swapped the 1600x900 panel on my T440s out with the AOU b140HAN01.2 which works great. I adjusted the color profile in Win10 to not be as yellow however since installing it I've noticed the screen is kind of dim even with the brightness cranked all the way up. Anyone else experience this? I love to figure out a way to make it brighter.

I use ubuntu, no problems with the brightness. for me it even a lot, I use the first level), I launched the windows on this laptop only once when it was new, the next day I replace the screen and install ssd.

I would try to boot with usb, which installed windows and try to change the brightness of there, if there will be all ok. it should help to reinstall windows.

So what's the different between AUO "...1.1", "...1.2" and "...1.3" version?
